The role oversees quality processes, audits, investigations, corrective and preventive actions, training, documentation, and continuous improvement across client departments and sites.

What you'll do

• Establish and oversee quality management systems
• lead event and root-cause analysis
• oversee training, inspection readiness, and vendor programs
• review quality service agreements
• develop strategies to meet client requirements
• support quality processes and training
• review documentation, protocols, and reports
• manage CAPAs, nonconformances, and complaints
• support audits and remediation plans
• lead multi-site improvement and harmonization work
• serve as a compliance contact for clients, suppliers, and employees
• travel to support clients and operations as required.
