What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, feeding, mobility, and transfers
• measure and record vital signs and other directed observations
• respond to call lights and report changes
• document care
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• make routine rounds
• support restorative care and residents with dementia.
