Project Manager, HR Technology Incentive Compensation

What you'll do

• Lead pre-implementation scope definition, planning, sequencing, dependency tracking, and kickoff readiness
• partner with the Oracle ICM technical-functional lead
• facilitate business working sessions and document processes, handoffs, risks, and requirements
• coordinate current- and future-state technology-flow documentation
• develop a reusable project management playbook
• maintain the integrated project plan, RAID and decision logs, and stakeholder communications
• prepare executive status reports
• coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and vendor mobilization
• support statement-of-work inputs and partner selection readiness
• run meeting cadence and follow up on actions
• coordinate ownership and RACI development.
