What you'll do

• Lead site air quality and waste management programs
• track air permit requirements, monitoring, records, and reporting
• support permit modifications, renewals, and applications
• develop emissions inventories and calculations
• conduct or oversee visible emissions observations, inspections, and compliance evaluations
• manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste characterization, storage, disposal, shipments, and vendor relationships
• support incident investigations and regulatory inspections
• manage consultants and contractors
• improve procedures and compliance systems
• mentor junior staff and technicians.
