What you'll do

• Support the head coach in program operations and player development
• maintain professional conduct at practices and games
• mentor players and maintain positive relationships with parents
• supervise athletes in locker rooms and on buses
• promote athlete safety and respond appropriately to injuries
• support program goals and communication
• help track and maintain equipment and inventory
• maintain required WIAA certifications and follow school, league, and WIAA policies.
