What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, work orders, unit turns, repairs, inspections, and capital improvements
• ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations
• manage vendors and service contracts
• respond to resident and family concerns
• coordinate accessibility needs
• manage leasing, applicant screening, occupancy, and fair-housing compliance
• prepare budgets, track rent and expenses, approve invoices, and oversee accounts payable
• supervise, hire, train, and provide feedback to staff.
