The role provides medical oversight and consultation to Family Nurse Practitioners, registered nurses, and other medical staff. It contributes to student care by supporting clinical guidelines, reviewing records and policies, and collaborating on care plans and treatment.

What you'll do

• Supervise three Family Nurse Practitioners and provide clinical oversight to Health Center staff
• review and sign 5% to 10% of FNP patient records every 30 working days
• remain available by phone during clinic hours
• establish clinical-care guidelines and implement and review standing orders
• attend monthly meetings
• collaborate on student care plans
• review policies and procedures annually
• conduct occasional telehealth visits
• maintain records and participate in quality assurance, peer review, risk management, and utilization review.
