Associate Director, Antibody Discovery Programs

The Associate Director, Antibody Discovery Programs role is hybrid in Waltham, MA. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year, with equity eligibility. The role reports to the site head of the Antibody-Powered Division and supports Alloy Therapeutics’ antibody discovery programs. The associate director provides scientific direction and oversight for antibody discovery and multispecific engineering campaigns, coordinating project execution with partners and internal teams. The role also leads process improvements and communicates project strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Provide scientific oversight for antibody discovery and multispecific engineering campaigns
• make major project decisions and resolve technical issues
• coordinate execution and partner relationships with alliance and project management
• lead process improvement initiatives
• develop scientific and technological solutions
• mentor cross-functional scientists
• communicate project status, timelines, proposals, and final deliveries to internal and external stakeholders.
