The manager drafts, reviews, and negotiates customer, partner, and vendor agreements, coordinating approvals and helping transactions progress from intake through execution and operational handoff. The role also improves contracting workflows, templates, training, and controls in partnership with teams across the company.

What you'll do

• Manage intake and coordination for software subscription and license agreements, order documents, statements of work, partner agreements, renewals, and amendments
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements
• coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals
• guide Sales and business owners through contracting processes
• track transaction status and risks
• coordinate execution and maintain contract records
• maintain templates and playbooks
• use transaction data to improve workflows and controls.
