• Manage full-cycle recruitment from role definition and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships
• partner with talent leadership and hiring managers
• track recruiting activity in applicant tracking systems
• coordinate interviews and provide hiring updates
• represent the company at industry events
• support onboarding and workforce retention
• and maintain compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping requirements.
