What you'll do

• Train employees and monitor operational standards
• assist with recruitment, selection, promotion, employee relations, and scheduling
• coordinate food preparation as needed
• monitor food costs and quality controls
• record and analyze cash flow, inventory, labor costs, and cost of sales
• follow state and federal regulations
• administer progressive discipline according to guidelines
• assist with tasks across operations.
