The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. The professional provides personalized daily-living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role implements individualized support plans, documents progress, monitors health as directed, and helps clients participate in appointments and community activities.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and other daily living activities
• implement individualized support plans and document progress
• transport and accompany clients to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
• administer medications and monitor health as directed
• communicate with supervisors, families, and care team members.
