Injection Mold Maker

The Injection Mold Maker works onsite in Downers Grove, Illinois, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Moldtronics makes custom injection-molded products and precision tooling for customers in several industries.

What you'll do

• Build and repair plastic injection molds from CAD models, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• operate CNC mills, EDM machines, and surface grinders
• machine precision parts
• create programs using Mastercam
• inspect work with precision measuring equipment
• troubleshoot tooling and part-quality issues
• contribute to process improvement.
