The role serves as the primary advisor for a select group of families, coordinating financial, estate, tax, and fiduciary matters. It contributes to continuity and quality of family-office service by providing proactive guidance, overseeing administration and reporting, managing risk, and coordinating with outside professionals and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as lead advisor to a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families
• provide guidance that considers finances, estate plans, and family dynamics
• coordinate estate, tax, and wealth-transfer planning with outside counsel, CPAs, and investment teams
• oversee fiduciary administration, including first-level review of discretionary distributions, and lead estate administrations
• manage reporting, cash flow, liquidity, budgets, and tax-compliance coordination
• identify and reduce legal, financial, operational, and fiduciary risk
• support client retention, new relationships, and internal committees.
