What you'll do
- Consult with clients in showrooms or homes
- develop designs for kitchens, baths, and other cabinetry-driven spaces
- prepare specifications, material selections, drawings, quotes, and proposals
- guide clients through the design-to-sale process
- maintain CRM records
- coordinate project handoffs with project management and installation teams
- mentor designers
- review work as needed
- and help refine processes and trade partner relationships.
