What you'll do

• Clean up and validate Oracle HR data
• assist with migrating job descriptions into Oracle
• map skills to job profiles and classifications
• review job data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• enter structured job data into Oracle
• validate system-generated skills
• identify discrepancies and recommend or make corrections
• collaborate with HR teams and business partners
• maintain confidentiality and follow HR policies and data standards.
