What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle patrols
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• document observations and communicate with site management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
