What you'll do
- Assist the Director of Nursing with nursing staff supervision and daily clinical operations
- support resident care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulations
- coordinate staffing and scheduling
- participate in QAPI initiatives
- conduct clinical audits
- support infection prevention and staff education
- assist with orientation, training, and competency evaluations
- maintain survey readiness and assist with inspections and Plans of Correction
- monitor regulatory compliance
- collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- serve as acting Director of Nursing when assigned.
