Senior Living Cook

What you'll do

• Prepare food items according to production amounts, recipes, and procedures
• prepare meals promptly using batch cooking and cook-to-order where appropriate
• follow residents’ dietary requirements and food safety practices
• attend dining services meetings and training
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food handling and storage procedures
• maintain temperature charts and records
• complete assigned cleaning.
