What you'll do

• Manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound outreach to new, aged, and previously canceled leads. Follow outreach standards, communication cadences, and engagement workflows. Confirm customer interest, appointment details, and qualification requirements
• validate appointments booked through automated tools. Meet lead-to-appointment conversion and responsiveness targets. Coordinate with Regional Sales Coordinators and Household Sales Representatives. Maintain accurate Salesforce records and document communications, outreach, outcomes, and routing actions in real time.
