What you'll do

• Provide end-user support for PC, server, and mainframe applications and hardware
• recreate user problems and recommend system modifications
• respond to inquiries and run diagnostics
• diagnose hardware and software issues
• install, modify, and maintain computer equipment and software
• train users and prepare manuals when needed
• respond to phone and email requests
• document and escalate support issues
• assist with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, telecommunications, and other specialized equipment.
