Preconstruction Manager

What you'll do

• Manage projects from first estimate through formalized subcontracts
• develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates and studies
• prepare estimate packages, bidder instructions, clarifications, and bid packages
• solicit and evaluate bids
• recommend subcontractor awards and negotiate subcontracts
• present cost and budget information
• lead value-engineering sessions
• support RFP responses and presentations
• develop customer relationships
• manage preconstruction teams
• keep current with estimating technology.
