What you'll do

• Supervise children during afternoon activities, centers, playground time, and dismissal
• maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• assist lead teachers with classroom management and routines
• maintain child-to-teacher ratios
• help organize and clean classrooms at day’s end
• greet parents at pickup and provide brief updates as needed
• follow DCF regulations and center policies
• support closing procedures
• be available to work Saturdays if scheduled.
