Compensation is $67–$88 per year. The Digital Success Partner, Clinical Lab and Pathology Services is an onsite role based in Palo Alto, CA. in the posting. This role serves as a business relationship manager for the clinical lab and pathology domain at Stanford Health Care. This position exists to provide two-way transparency between clinical stakeholders and the IT applications team. It contributes to the organization by deeply understanding the problem space and imperative business outcomes facing the operational area.

What you'll do

• Own stakeholder relationships in a primary domain.
• Maintain a current understanding of clinical and operational needs within assigned domains.
• Provide concise status communication for leaders and stakeholders.
• Work fluently in ServiceNow to monitor ticket status.
• Proactively communicate on behalf of all of TDS across tickets, projects and programs.
• Serve as a consistent liaison between operations, informatics, application teams, and TDS leadership.
• Work collectively with other DSPs to recognize cross-organizational patterns.
• Collaborate with Medical Informatics Directors and Nurse Informaticists.
• Facilitate resolution of disagreements between operators.
• Lead problem definition to clarify whether an issue requires a technology fix or an operational fix.
