What you'll do

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
• monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance
• ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
• maintain a clean, safe, sanitary production environment
• maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards.
