What you'll do

• Oversee and support Business Office Managers across 13 facilities
• monitor accounts receivable, aging reports, Medicaid pending applications, and collections
• ensure timely billing and follow-up
• train and guide facility managers
• review performance and implement corrective action plans as needed
• conduct business office reviews and audits
• collaborate with facility and corporate teams
• identify process improvements
• travel regularly between assigned facilities.
