What you'll do

• Use MRP and ERP planning tools to determine production requirements
• plan and release work orders
• schedule and expedite work between departments
• communicate shipment priorities and constraints
• maintain order, work-completion, and inventory records
• coordinate changing due dates with Customer Service
• match workload, staffing, and equipment capacity
• prepare production reports
• analyze specifications and capacity
• coordinate document changes
• prepare outbound shipments, schedule carrier pickups, track shipments, and address delays.
