The Head Start Teacher role is onsite in Navasota, TX, at the program’s Stacey Street location. Compensation is not specified. Brazos Valley Community Prog’s Head Start program serves children ages 3–5 and works with families and community partners. The teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate classroom experiences, supervises children, and supports school readiness and social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The role also partners with families and support staff, documents progress, and coordinates services to address children’s needs.

Why this role
