The Concierge role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The position supports residents, families, and visitors at The Willows at Raleigh, a senior living community guided by Solera Senior Living’s values of compassion, communication, commitment, and creativity. The concierge serves as a welcoming point of contact and provides administrative and hospitality support. The role helps residents and guests navigate the community, supports move-ins and events, and coordinates information and requests with other departments.

What you'll do

• Greet residents, families, and visitors
• answer and route calls
• sort and distribute mail
• provide clerical support
• escort visitors and residents as needed
• maintain referral and customer databases
• assist with move-ins and special events
• protect confidentiality and resident rights
• support a safe environment and collaborate with departments.
