What you'll do

• Build financial models and valuation analyses
• structure investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and partnerships
• coordinate due diligence
• manage transactions from evaluation through closing
• work with legal counsel and participate in negotiations
• advise leadership on strategic opportunities.
