What you'll do

• Assist registered nurses and licensed practical nurses with patient care
• monitor patients and complete observation sheets
• document significant occurrences, behaviors, vital signs, intake and output, weight, and observation findings
• assist with admissions, belongings, specimen collection, and daily living activities
• support therapeutic interventions and group sessions
• report suspected or witnessed abuse or neglect to a supervisor immediately.
