Production Operator, 1st or 2nd Shift

The Production Operator role is onsite in New Braunfels, TX, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour and opportunities to increase to $19 per hour over 12 months. The posting offers first shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, or second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Training is provided. The operator safely runs production equipment, helps with setups and changeovers, and identifies product defects and root causes. The role supports manufacturing output and quality through equipment operation, process flexibility, and production data reporting.

What you'll do

• Safely operate production equipment in assigned positions
• report to the Supervisor and identify product defects and root causes
• assist with setup and product and process equipment changeovers
• collect and report data using HMIs or production computer programs such as SAP
• work across production areas as directed.
