The School-Age Teacher role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, with compensation of $14–$17 per hour based on education and experience. The position supports children’s learning and development at Otter Learning. The role exists to support the lead teacher and provide a safe, welcoming classroom where children can develop socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically through age-appropriate activities and individualized support.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the lead teacher on age-appropriate lessons and activities
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• reinforce routines and positive behavior strategies
• observe and document student progress
• support parent-teacher communication and progress reports
• follow health and safety protocols
• provide individualized support
• and attend meetings and training.
