What you'll do
- Process and adjudicate UB-04 and CMS-1500 healthcare claims
- maintain production standards of approximately 150 claims per day and 98% statistical and financial accuracy
- review, enter and validate claim data
- resolve claim issues and research error reports
- respond to provider and customer inquiries
- collaborate with operational teams
- follow healthcare regulations and HIPAA requirements
- support quality assurance and process improvements.
