What you'll do

• Support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing from inception through closing
• draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and loan documents
• manage due diligence, title and survey review, and closing logistics
• assist with entity formation and joint venture documents
• coordinate deal timelines with lenders, brokers, title companies, and opposing counsel
• research real estate, zoning, and land use matters
• communicate with clients and collaborate with partners.
