What you'll do

• Own features across front end, back end, APIs, business logic, and data
• design integrations across brands, applications, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• translate ambiguous requirements into technical plans
• use and verify AI agents across research, implementation, testing, refactoring, and documentation
• contribute to architecture and technology choices
• refine AI development practices and workflows
• improve codebase quality through tests, monitoring, documentation, and scalable patterns
• collaborate in planning, code review, pairing, onboarding, and mentorship.
