What you'll do

• Ensure curriculum reflects current Ohio industry standards
• promote safe and sanitary practices
• maintain academic records and evaluate student performance
• monitor attendance and communicate with students as needed
• develop and administer theoretical and practical exams
• write performance reports
• and evaluate curriculum and advise management on program improvements. A high school education, cosmetology school graduation, and a current Ohio managing cosmetology and/or nail esthetics license are required.
