Counter Sales Associate — Plumbing and HVAC

The Counter Sales Associate role is onsite in Kirkland, WA, with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $23.85–$33.36 per hour. What you'll do

• Engage customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
• recommend plumbing, HVAC, and related products
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• use catalogs and computer systems to locate parts
• process transactions
• collaborate with outside sales associates
• manage special orders and follow up on order status and delivery timelines
• maintain an organized counter
• assist with inventory and cycle counts
• follow safety requirements.
