The Of Counsel Civil Litigation Attorney role is hybrid, based in Coppell, TX, with flexible work-from-home options. Compensation is $60–$80 per hour. The attorney will work with the managing attorney, colleagues, and senior partners to provide legal services to clients. The role supports federal civil litigation matters through legal research, document drafting, depositions, negotiations, arbitration, and trial work, while maintaining accurate client files.

What you'll do

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research
• conduct depositions and mediation and prepare for trial
• provide legal counsel with senior associates
• negotiate for clients
• maintain client records
• handle arbitrations, litigation, and trials.
