Manage a high volume of incoming work orders and email communications in a timely and efficient manner. Dispatching vendor partners for work orders and ensuring they arrive in accordance with schedule. Work in conjunction with managers and team members on problem resolution. Answer customer questions about scope of services, making appropriate suggestions to resolve problems.
