What you'll do

• Manage projects and programs, including facility relocations and small civil capital projects
• manage budgets, forecasts, and cost trends
• coordinate 5–10 active projects, contractors, and materials
• maintain project plans, reports, and technical documents
• coordinate resources and communications
• develop project, resource, and staffing plans
• track progress and troubleshoot issues
• assess schedule, cost, and resource changes
• review submittals and project files
• lead internal and external meetings
• handle project-related regulatory and legal matters
• complete closeout and reconciliation.
