What you'll do

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Panera menu
• ensure food is delivered timely and accurately
• communicate with customers to support satisfaction
• build sales and retain customers
• develop guest relationships
• make follow-up calls before and after orders
• produce and prepare food and orders
• pre-stage orders
• deliver orders
• support the café. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and acceptable driving record are required for catering delivery.
