What you'll do

• Prepare station items from daily prep lists
• set up and stock kitchen stations
• label, date, and organize ingredients
• measure ingredients to specification
• prepare and plate food according to recipes
• coordinate with expo and other staff to complete orders on time
• clean utensils and equipment
• follow food safety standards.
