Construction Management Intern

Job overview

The Construction Management Intern role is onsite in Wilmington, DE; compensation is not specified. BPGS Construction provides construction management services for BPG and select third parties, including projects involving hotels, offices, residential, retail, and parking properties. The intern works with superintendents or project managers to gain hands-on experience across construction phases. Project documentation, coordination, and field support help project teams maintain organized records and progress toward project plans.

Why this role

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field. Construction experience and familiarity with change orders, budgets, cost reporting, estimating, and scheduling are preferred.
