What you'll do

• Develop an operations excellence roadmap, site improvement plans, and performance targets
• standardize processes using Lean principles and standard work
• coach leaders and teams
• lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
• facilitate Gemba, root cause analysis, kaizen, PDCA, and A3 problem solving
• validate benefits and establish controls
• develop KPI dashboards and review routines
• analyze trends and communicate progress
• govern SOPs, work instructions, audits, and corrective actions
• develop training and job aids.
