The intern supports client communications and advocacy work while gaining hands-on experience with media, messaging, and political and social issues. Writing, research, outreach, and content tasks help the team communicate client priorities and advance campaigns.

What you'll do

• Write and edit materials for media distribution, draft opinion pieces, develop social media content, research client organizations and issue areas, research journalists and compile media lists, conduct media outreach, aggregate news content, and perform clerical duties.
• D.C.-area interns work in person and virtually under the hybrid model, with at least one office day per week, preferably Tuesday or Wednesday.
