What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors
• monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and foot patrols
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.
