What you'll do

• Lead the plumbing service department and own its revenue, margin, and labor-efficiency targets. Build customer relationships and serve as an escalation point
• oversee job-site visits and quality checks
• hire, train, and develop technicians and apprentices
• ensure safety, code compliance, and workmanship standards
• coordinate scheduling with dispatch
• review quotes
• manage technician schedules, PTO, and on-call rotation
• maintain work orders and job-costing records
• and report performance.
