Business Development Manager – Data Center Support Services

The manager identifies and pursues enterprise opportunities, develops account strategies, and builds relationships with hyperscaler stakeholders. The role connects customer requirements with service delivery planning, scopes of work, service levels, pricing, timelines, and compliance documentation.

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in hyperscaler-owned and leased data centers
• develop account penetration strategies for hyperscalers and colocation partners
• build relationships with operations teams, cluster managers, technical program managers, and vendor management offices
• coordinate regular business reviews
• develop scopes of work, SLA models, pricing, timelines, and compliance documentation
• collaborate with delivery teams on resource planning aligned with hyperscaler standards.
