The Line Cook role is an onsite, full-time position on O‘ahu, HI, supporting the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center (Kroc Center Hawaii). Pay is $18 per hour. The cook prepares and plates food efficiently, safely, and attractively while maintaining sanitation, storage, and kitchen organization standards. The role supports the center’s food service and community programs through consistent meal preparation and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and yield guidelines
• monitor shortages
• handle and cook food safely and sanitarily
• maintain kitchen, supply room, line, floor, and stations
• follow storage and health regulations
• assist with inventory and ordering
• care for kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs
• complete opening, closing, and side work
• communicate kitchen issues and recommendations
• support a team environment.
